The Neural Pathway Fallacy (NPF) is a formal neurocognitive hypothesis: repeated poor reasoning habits physically entrench flawed neural circuits. This paper presents the NPF formula (six cognitive factors, logarithmic time/exposure modifiers), its neurobiological grounding, and a threshold‑based intervention framework.
